- From the home page or patients tab, click into the specific patient (patients tab will show missing surveys)
- If the patient is missing a survey, there will be a button to “Complete Manually” under the Survey Status box on the bottom right hand side of the page. (See screenshot below)
- By clicking this, it will allow you to complete the survey manually on your clinic tablet or computer with the patient.
- Any open surveys will have the option to complete manually. If the option is grayed out, the survey is either complete or expired.
- Expired surveys cannot be reopened; however, patients will be able to complete the following survey as normal. That data point will be missed so it is strongly encouraged to have open dialogue with patients about the survey cadence or if they have a missing survey listed. Please contact your CS manager with any questions here or best practices on contacting patients regarding missing surveys.
How to Resend a Survey
- If a patient did not receive the reminder to complete their survey, or accidentally deleted it, you have the option to resend it.
- From the Patients tab, if you scroll to the left you will be able to view “survey status.” If the status of the survey is open or expiring soon, you can click into it which will open a small pop up box. (Image below)
- In this pop-up box, there is an option to resend the survey via text or email. This box will also show when the survey needs to be completed by. We strongly encourage updating the patient on when the survey will close and that the survey is being resent to avoid them not seeing it.
**Disclaimer: You should discuss these surveys with the patients so they know to be on the lookout for the text/email from us. Patients often mistake these messages as spam and ignore them. Open dialogue about this process can decrease the chance of expired or missed surveys.
