Getting Started: How to Archive a Patient

• If you have an unresponsive patient, or a patient who no longer wishes to partake in DataBiologics, you have the option to “archive” them. This will delete all data pertaining to this patient from the system and they will no longer receive the surveys. 
• If you click into the specific patient, you will see the “edit patient info” at the top right hand side of the page. Select this. (Image below)
• Once in the patient page, you will see “archive patient” at the top right corner. Select this. (image below)
• This will prompt a reason for why you are archiving the patient, select the most appropriate option here. (image below)
• You will be given a warning in red that all patient data is about to be deleted, this cannot be undone so you want to be sure this patient wishes to be deleted. (image below)
• You will select “archive patient” and all data for them will be deleted.
