Survey Status, Scores, and Schedule

DataBiologics is pleased to announce recent updates to our platform designed to improve your ability to monitor patient survey statuses, scores, and responses. These enhancements will facilitate better tracking of patient outcomes and scheduling. Below are the key details regarding these updates:

1. Enhanced Patient Tab Features
The survey status pop-up in the Patient Tab has been upgraded. You will still be able to monitor which surveys are open or expiring soon, but now you can also click directly into the survey scores and schedules, which will navigate you to the relevant page seamlessly.


On this page, you can monitor patient scores. By clicking on any of the outcome measure scores, you can access the specific survey questions asked and see the corresponding patient responses.




You can also monitor which survey period is open in the schedule, and you can click directly on the survey period to resend the survey link to patients as needed. 

2. Extended Survey Duration
In the updated schedule, we have also extended the survey tracking period to 5 years. This enhancement allows our members to monitor long-term outcomes for patients who choose to participate.
