General Overview: At the top of the home page, you will be able to see a quick overview of your clinic metrics, this includes:
- Patients- # of patients enrolled
- Surveys- # of surveys sent
- Satisfaction- percentage patient satisfaction scores based on completed satisfaction surveys (*note: satisfaction surveys are not sent until the 6 and 12 mo mark, so this field may be blank in the beginning)
- Baseline completion- percentage of patients who complete their baseline survey
- Follow Up Completion- percent of patients who complete their follow up surveys
- Total Body Parts- # of body parts treated (*click the info button to see an in depth overview, see picture at the bottom of the page)
- Total Treatments- # of treatments performed (*click the info button to see an in depth overview)
Scheduled Activity: Under this section, you will be able to follow along with your list of patients who have upcoming treatments within that week.
Add Patient: Click here to enroll new patients into the platform
Patients: Click this to view all your patients, as well as missing treatment/diagnosis info and survey status
Adverse Events: Click here to view and adjudicate on patient responses from unexpected symptoms surveys
Insights: Click here to view all of your data analytics based on your subscription level
