How to Contact Your Customer Success Manager (CSM)
- Once your payment is received, your sales associate will send an introductory email between you and your designated customer success manager.
- Your Customer Success Manager will be your go to person for onboarding as well as continued support throughout your journey with DataBiologics. Feel free to reach out to them with any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding the platform and your data.
- Your CS manager will work with you to schedule your initial onboarding meeting. Once onboarding is complete, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Your CS manager will check in with you about a month after onboarding to see how things are going.
- Your CS Manager will reach out to you to schedule regular quarterly check-in meetings. These meetings serve the purpose of gaining insight into your clinic workflow with the platform, sharing success stories, troubleshooting any issues, and overall gaining feedback/answering questions.
- These meetings can be kept brief, around 30 minutes. We truly want these check-in meetings to be as beneficial for you as possible. They will not only be conducted with the Physicians, but also the clinic staff.
- While we strive to have these meetings quarterly, please feel free to reach out to your CS manager at any time via email with questions or issues. We want to ensure our members feel fully supported at all times!
