      Entering Treatment Details: Shockwave Therapy

      1. After entering in diagnosis, you will be prompted to fill out the treatment details from the dropdowns: Provider, Treatment Type, Product Name, and Treatment Date. Then click save.

      2. After selecting Shockwave Therapy as your treatment, you will then be taken to a page to fill out more details about the procedure. 

      3. You will then need to select the Type of shockwave device you are using: Radial, Focused, Focused and Radial, or Unfocused. More fields will then be generated based on the device that was selected. 

      4. If you need to edit/delete the treatment, please select the options highlighted in blue next to the treatment details.

      5. If you need to add information from another session, please click “Add New Session” highlighted in blue next to the body part. 

      6. Once treatment details are complete, click save and this will take you back to the patient’s chart overview.
