# Entering Treatment Details: PRP

1. After entering in diagnosis, you will be prompted to fill out the treatment details from the dropdowns: Provider, Treatment Type, Product Name, and Treatment Date. Then click save.
2. After selecting Platelet-Rich Plasma as your treatment, you will then be taken to a page to fill out more details about the procedure.
3\. You will then need to enter in treatment details. All fields marked with an asterisk \* are required in order to click save. Other fields are optional.
(\*Note: The information you enter in the diagnosis section will translate to the treatment section. If you only select one diagnosis, you will only see injection options for that diagnosis. Ex. If injecting joint and soft tissue, make sure you have entered in a diagnosis for both. Please see Entering Diagnosis page for more detail.)
4\. If you need to edit/delete the treatment, please select the options highlighted in blue next to the treatment details at the top.
5\. If you need to add information from another session, please click “Add New Session” highlighted in blue next to the body part at the top.
6\. Once treatment details are complete, click save and this will take you back to the patient’s chart overview.
7\. We also include sections for Whole Blood Analysis and PRP Analysis as an option for clinics, but they are not required.
