- Once your patient profile is created, you can begin entering in the diagnosis and treatment details. This example will be specific to entering in a diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis.
- Note: the baseline survey will be sent out as soon as the patient information is saved. The diagnosis and treatment details can be added at a later time if needed. We strongly encourage entering in just the patient information prior to the treatment date to allow the patient ample time to complete the baseline survey.
- In the patient demographics, it will ask for what body part is being treated. Here “knee” was selected. This will prompt only knee specific diagnosis options to be brought up on the diagnosis page. (image below)
- You will hit next to move on to the diagnosis page. You will select “Osteoarthritis” from the drop down menu.
- Select the severity: mild, moderate, or severe
- Select the location details: lateral tibiofemoral joint, medial tibiofemoral joint, or patellofemoral joint (image 3) NOTE: can select more than one option
- Note: below the location details there is an option to add a secondary diagnosis here
- Note: When editing patient information, there is always an option to add a second body part on the left side of the screen
- Note: diagnosis details can be edited at any time if necessary.
