      Archiving/Deleting a Body Part


      1. Find your patient and click into their chart. Click Edit Patient Info in the top right corner. 

      2. Under the original body part selected, click into Diagnosis. 

      3. Click Archive Body Part in the top right corner. 

      4. Select the reason for archiving and then hit Archive to finish.
