- Two weeks after the treatment date, the patient will receive an “Unexpected Symptoms” survey. This will allow them to report on any symptoms or issues they may be experiencing that might be related to their treatment.
- Providers will receive notifications in the platform when an adverse event has been reported from a patient. Click into the Adverse Event tab on the left-hand side and the status will say “Needs Review” in red.
