Activating:
- In order to activate your account, you will need to send your Customer Success Manager your clinic information, first and last name, title, and email address.
- You will then be added to the platform and will be sent an invitation link to your email. *Note: Sometimes you might need to check your spam mail, if you do not see it in your inbox.
- Once you receive the invitation, click on the link and this will prompt you to come up with your password for your login. Once you are done, you are now activated and can login.
*Note: The activation invitation link will expire in 48 hours. If you do not activate your account in time, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they will resend the invite.
Deactivating:
-If you are wanting to deactivate your account, you will need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or you can reach out to Support@databiologics.com.
